Civilians celebrate the collapse of the Iraqi regime, in the streets of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP)-controlled city of Arbil. A carnival atmosphere hit the streets of several northern Iraqi areas as tens of thousands of Kurds danced and sang at the news that US tanks controlled the center of Baghdad.
