Next month on September 1, a new book by Horst Faas and his co-author, Hélène Gédouin, Henri Huet: "‘Jétais Photographe de Guerre au Viêtnam," will be published by Editions du Chêne (Hachette Livre). The book is 192 pages and will be launched at Visa Pour l'Image in Perpignan, France, on September 9. Special captions have been contributed by some of the most respected names in journalism and photography, including David Halberstam, George Esper, Hal Buell, John G. Morris, Richard Pyle and Christine Spengler. The Visa photojournalism festival will also present an exhibition of the book, organized by director Jean-François Leroy. The book will be reviewed by The Digital Journalist when the English edition is available.
