In the early 1970s I made a number of trips to Neil Young's ranch in Northern California. There was much to photograph, with dogs, Jeeps, geese, llamas, herds of cows and buffalo and of course Neil himself. On one walk around the farm with his young dog Harte this image suddenly appeared before my lens.
