 Youths at USAID's WAYS project in Harper are learning trades firsthand as they assist in the renovation of the war-destroyed high school campus that will house the training project during the rainy season. After participating in the looting and destruction of villages during the war, the direct contribution of these former child soldiers in rebuilding their communities is an integral part of the reconciliation and reintegration process.
